THE BODY IS DESIGNED TO MOVE.

So much of our health depends on how often and maybe more importantly how we move. Even the quality of the breaths we take matters. Incorporating simple movements and intentional breath into our daily routine is invaluable to our health, both body and mind. Creating a foundation of mobility by adding and tweaking daily movements naturally increases body awareness. This awareness improves movement, breath and ultimately longevity.

Whether you’re just getting started or maintaining a fitness practice, I offer classes that will keep you moving. I incorporate exercises that improve flexibility, mobility, and balance. Through movements that mimic our daily activities we learn to move as our bodies were designed while building strength in both mind and body.

ABOUT ME
I’ve enjoyed yoga and weight training since I was in my twenties. After many years on my own journey of fitness, I decided I wanted to help others. I became certified as a Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer. I also received certification for Chair Yoga, which is so important to make it accessible to everyone. I’ve also received special training for exercises specific to Parkinson’s disease. My goal is to help people become more in tune with their bodies so they are able to move with intention, strength, and ease for a lifetime.
